SHIPBUILDING

Shipbuilding is a branch of engineering covering the design, construction and maintenance of ships and other floating vessels. Shipbuilding consists of three categories: naval architecture is the study of hydrodynamic shapes of naval vessels such as ships, ferries, boats of various types, submarines or offshore means. Naval construction covers the study and design of structures. Outfitting and propulsion deal with on board systems in general.

OP’s equipment is also used in the naval construction and repair industries as well as the production of the relative equipment (propulsion, moving loads, automation etc.).
